Selected candidates undergo technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate their skills and cultural fit.
Step 2: Hiring Fresh Graduates
Hiring fresh graduates focuses on campus recruitment. We participate in career fairs and on-campus interviews, offering internships with the possibility of full-time roles based on performance. Interns are paired with mentors for guidance and support throughout their internship.
Step 3: Onboarding and Training
Onboarding and training start with a comprehensive orientation session where interns learn about the company’s mission, values, and procedures. Training covers role-specific technical skills and soft skills like communication and teamwork. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions ensure interns receive guidance and support.
