PSD to HTML

In technical terms, PSD to HTML is a process of converting Photoshop Document (PSD) to front- end markup coding (using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

Creating PSD design with the help of image editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Pixelmator, GIMP and so on, for that you need to follow the below-listed steps

A graphic designer will create a website in Photoshop and present it to the client. Photoshop saves the file as a PSD, with various layers to go into the website. For instance, there might be a ‘buttons’ layer, a ‘main page’ layer, etc. All of these layers make up the finished website.

To make all of those layers work, the graphic designer hands it off to the web designer. She must now take all of the layers and write the HTML code placing the elements created in the PSD into something all web browsers can see. Some of this code is placement, which is written in another web language CSS. Some of the elements might be pictures, which the web designer extracts from the PSD layers.

You can’t just change the extension of the file ‘test.psd” to ‘test.html’. The PSD file is an image file. The HTML file is computer code
